• Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and sizing methods.

Minor variations do not qualify as “item not as described” where the product substantially matches the description and images shown on the product page.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update product information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes where collected.

By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may use fraud-prevention checks and may request additional verification before accepting or shipping an order.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Aionwear and are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

An order confirmation email indicates we received your order request, but it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• Payment cannot be authorized or verified
• We suspect fraud, misuse, or policy abuse
• There are errors in pricing, inventory, or product information
• Orders appear intended for resale without authorization

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase. If an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Aionwear ships internationally. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, shipping and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery disruptions caused by events outside our control, including customs clearance processes, carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, or other force majeure circumstances.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or lost. In such cases, Aionwear is not responsible for non-delivery.

Returns & Refund Reference Clause

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must follow the return procedure, including obtaining approval before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Aionwear is committed to resolving customer concerns directly and fairly. By placing an order, you agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may violate these Terms, particularly where we can provide evidence of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and accurate product description.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may submit supporting documentation to the payment provider, which may include order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and product listing details.

Claims that a product is “not as described” may be contested where the product matches the listing and disclosed characteristics, including minor color variation due to display settings.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

We use automated and manual checks to protect customers and Aionwear from fraud. We may delay, cancel, or hold an order for verification where activity appears suspicious, including:

• Inconsistent billing and shipping information
• High-risk payment indicators
• Unusual order patterns or repeated claim behavior
• Requests that appear intended to exploit policies or systems

If verification is required, we may request additional information to confirm the order. If verification is not provided within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled and refunded where applicable.

Intellectual Property Rights
